Shipping
Orders will be fulfilled by the weekend and sent out on Mondays.
Orders over $40 with code SHIP40 will only be sent out as USPS First Class Mail.
Donations
10% of every purchase will be donated to these two incredible Down Syndrome research organizations, LuMind RDS and The Linda Crnic Institute.
If your order total (before taxes & shipping) is $20, then $2 will be donated.
Donations for the month will be sent in 6 weeks afterward.
Ex) For orders in November, donations will be sent in around the middle of January
the wait time is to calculate the correct amount, and to accommodate for any returns made in the 30-day window period
Sold Out Items
Please keep in mind that all items in the store are handmade by myself. If an item is out of stock, sign up for our newsletter with the item that you are looking for.
Many of our supplies are bought internationally online from Etsy, where I cannot control the shipping speed. Please be aware that some materials may take almost a month for me to receive. Once I receive those materials, I will restock the product and work as quickly as I can to get it back in stock.
Return Policy
You can return an item only 30 days after it has been shipped.
Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Any item listed under $10 is not refundable.
If you mail in your return, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
We may modify this Return Policy at any time effective upon its posting. Your use of our products and services constitutes your acceptance to this Return Policy and any updates.
