#5: The Gift of Being Present

When I was in college, Michael would visit me with my mom every Sunday.

And those 2-3 hours we had together were precious.

There were so many scenarios where we’d hang out, and I was out of the present moment - instead caught up with my own thoughts, wondering when I could get back to studying for exams, rather than enjoy each moment with Michael.
